The film shows how one person can change the climate in a large organization, improve the atmosphere in the team and become an example for others. For the first time the audience plunges so deeply into secret life of the national football team of Ukraine and becomes a witness, and sometimes even a direct participant, of the team preparation to the European Championship. From the day when Andriy Shevchenko and his international coaching staff headed the national team, all the talk was about what Shevchenko-coach managed to do that others could not. What is this "atmosphere", what is its feature and how it is made? We researched and decomposed one of the most striking examples of this created atmosphere influence on results of a sports team. "The Special Atmosphere" film crew lived together with the team and went through two training camps. They saw and then were convinced during the conversations with the heroes of the film that this atmosphere can be really felt, it can be touched, described in words and shown on the screen. This is not magic, although its elements are also present in the story.
